Warming up for 2016

So, last year started out great with a good pace on the dailies, then I went into the process to get a new job which diverted my energies to general jobstuffs (I ended up getting the job and jumped from working with web video streaming to app development, so there was somewhat of a learning curve to get into the new position). Now it feels like I've gotten quite warm in them shoes, so I will give 2016 another shot on the daily art routine.

I will try to keep my expectations a bit lower though, last year I went pretty hard in with a lot of charcoal drawings, some of them was in A3 format, so I spent quite a lot of time to squeeze them dailies out. I will probably start of this year with a lot of gritty ink drawings, but from time to time I'll try my hands at any color medium that feels good (want to do more oils, gouache, watercolor, color pencils and of course play around more with my copics). So keep your expectations low and you might not get disappointed (goto love Otis...).

Let's do a sneak start until new years, I did this little bugger on x-mas, and I'm warming up with the ink brush pen (really want to explore more loose designs).

Hope you've had an awesome 2015! And I see you guys in 2016!

Cheerz!
